The average delivery time of the orders made on our website vary between 3 and 4 weeks. The arrival of your shipment will depend on product availability and final destination. The total delivery time may be also affected by factors, like national Israeli Holidays, or holidays on the side of recipient, or weather conditions. This means you can expect the shipment to arrive up to 4 weeks (maximum) after placing the order.
The delivery service we provide does not cover any local or Federal Taxes in the country of destination, and, if required, will be charged to recipient by the carrier.
We ship the majority of our products using EMS Global or Express Mail Service (USPS in USA), which takes different amount of days, depending on the destination, and requires signature upon delivery. EMS does not offer weekend delivery or delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
Many of our items require a special order or customization, we maintain the right to notify you within 48 hours if your item is out of stock. We will update you immediately as to how long it will take to create the piece you ordered. In most cases, it takes about three to four weeks to produce and then some time to be delivered, we will we inform you in such case what would be the delivery date.
Return and refund policy
We are happy to exchange or refund items in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. Please contact Blessing Stones @.com in order for us to process your request. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or other fees associated with the return or exchange of non-defective items.
It is possible to return unused Judaica items as long as the items are in perfect condition and contain the original packaging.
However, we are unable to exchange or refund custom-designed items. While we do our best to insure items are packed safely for shipping, if something should happen and your purchase arrives damaged or broken please contact us immediately at Blessing Stones @.com. We will do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible with no shipping or extra fees or provide you with a full refund.

General Terms of Blessing Stones Web-Shop

9.5 The right does not apply to distance contracts
